  • Keep client files organized and current, ensuring easy access to up-to-date information for the legal team.
  • Conduct thorough legal research using platforms such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other necessary legal paperwork.
  • Engage in client communication to update them on case progress and discuss legal options.
  • Prepare for trial by compiling evidence, drafting trial-related documents, and strategizing case approaches.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the legal field.
  • Demonstrated ability in civil litigation is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and advocacy.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
