Job Overview:

The Associate Attorney will primarily conduct comprehensive reviews of all conditions precedent to filing actions, draft and review pleadings and correspondence, ensure accurate documentation and compliance with legal requirements, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of all conditions precedent to filing actions, including loan documents, financials, and demand letters
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate legal actions
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations
• Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements
• Organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, volume-based environment
• Work independently while demonstrating strong interpersonal and analytical skills

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree
• Bar membership in Pennsylvania
• Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Certifications:

• Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control are strongly preferred
