Job Overview
A well-established law firm in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join its growing team. Duties

  • Manage a variety of probate, personal injury, and family law cases
  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
  • Appear in court on behalf of clients, including for hearings, trials, and depositions
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure case progress and resolution
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, keeping them informed of case developments
  • Handle legal research to support case strategies and arguments

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Nevada
  • Experience in probate, and/or family law preferred
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in Nevada (Preferred)
