• Manage and prioritize an active caseload to ensure timely case progression.
• Collaborate with clients and legal teams to prepare for trials and hearings.
• Utilize legal software for case management, timekeeping, and billing.

Requirements:

• Active license in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on persuasive advocacy.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal technology platforms.
• Experience in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and litigation strategy.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
