Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Duties:

• Handle multiple complex legal matters at different stages of progression, from inception to resolution
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships
• Demonstrate attention to detail and effective communication skills with colleagues and clients
• Manage and generate business through individual and collaborative efforts
• Adhere to the highest ethical standards of the legal profession
• Delegate tasks and provide supervision, training, and mentoring to junior attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a licensed attorney in a law firm, with a focus on commercial real estate
• Ability to make independent decisions on client matters with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to manage client matters efficiently and provide high-quality legal work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, both with internal teams and external clients
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in team settings and legal matters

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Florida Bar
