  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, such as motions, briefs, declarations, and appeals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop strategies for legal cases.
  • Maintain organized records of client files and case progress.
  • Occasionally travel outside of Fullerton, CA, for court appearances or client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bar membership in good standing.
  • 1 year of experience in immigration law is preferred.
  • Willingness to appear before the Immigration Court in Los Angeles.
  • Ability to travel for legal matters as necessary.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team player with a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar license required.
