Duties:

  • Manage single-plaintiff employment litigation cases and assist with large-scale, complex litigation.

  • Interview witnesses and prepare comprehensive presentations of the facts.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • 4-6 years of experience in employment litigation and legal counseling within a law firm setting.
  • Must be admitted to the Minnesota bar or have the ability to become admitted in Minnesota.

Education:

  • JD from an accredited law school is required.

Certifications:

  • Must have or be eligible for Minnesota Bar admission.
