Duties:

• Handle real estate litigation matters from inception to resolution, including case strategy, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy.
• Manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met and client needs are prioritized.
• Draft and file legal documents such as motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and provide analytical support for case development.
• Interact directly with clients, providing legal advice and updates on case progress.
• Participate in trial preparation and in-court advocacy, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Contribute to firm meetings and collaborate on case strategies with senior attorneys and team members.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate or civil litigation.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong passion for litigation.
• Exceptional communication and client management skills.
• Ability to commute to Los Angeles, CA (hybrid position).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active member of the California State Bar.

Skills:

• Proficient in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex legal disputes and provide strategic recommendations.
