Associate Attorney needed for Riverside office

A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Riverside, CA office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of defense-oriented litigation experience and be skilled in handling litigated personal injury claims. The role requires expertise in managing all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and client communications. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage litigated personal injury claims from start to finish, including drafting and filing pleadings, handling discovery, and conducting depositions.
• Perform case evaluations and develop case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and argue motions, and participate in mediations.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategy and development.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to ensure effective case management and representation.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
• Stay current with relevant legal developments and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of defense-oriented litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury claims.
• Exceptional skills in legal research, written, and verbal communications.
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of personal injury litigation effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
