    • Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
    • Ensure that documents are compelling, clear, and legally sound.
  • Court Hearings & Representation:

    • Represent clients in court hearings and trials, effectively advocating for their interests.
    • Prepare for hearings and provide legal counsel during proceedings.
  • Client Relations:

    • Cultivate strong, professional relationships with clients, offering tailored legal guidance and support.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and providing status updates on cases.
  • Legal Research & Strategy:

    • Conduct comprehensive legal research to support ongoing case development.
    • Stay current on legal developments and best practices in relevant areas of law.
  • Case Management:

    • Take responsibility for case organization, ensuring timely progress and compliance with deadlines.
    • Manage case files efficiently, collaborating with team members as needed.
  • Settlement Negotiation:

    • Work with clients and opposing parties to negotiate favorable settlements.
    • Utilize negotiation skills to secure optimal outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the state bar and in good standing.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • No prior experience required—new graduates are welcome to apply.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
