Registered Funds Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Boston, MA is seeking a detail-oriented Registered Funds Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in working with registered investment companies. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the bar of the state of Massachusetts or eligible for admission.
• 3-6 years of experience in a relevant legal practice area, focusing on registered investment companies.

• Experience in a large law firm, in-house, or regulatory agency setting.
