A law firm in Irvine, CA is seeking a qualified Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney with 2-7 years of experience in insurance litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, excellent writing and research abilities, and a commitment to providing top-notch legal services.

Job Duties:

• Manage overall litigation case load, including drafting motions, handling discovery requests, and taking depositions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings, ensuring effective advocacy and representation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft comprehensive legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.
• Analyze insurance policies and coverage issues to provide strategic advice and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and maintain strong client relationships.
• Attend client meetings and court appearances, providing legal counsel and updates on case progress.
• Stay current with developments in insurance law and litigation practices to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• 2-7 years of experience in insurance litigation, with a proven track record in handling complex cases.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent writing, research, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
