Business Immigration Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Consult with potential clients regarding O-1 and EB-1 visas, offering legal guidance and strategic recommendations.
• Review and assess documents and cases for quality assurance, ensuring all filings meet legal requirements.
• Correspond with clients to answer legal questions, providing clear, empathetic communication throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the Managing Attorney and support the team with case management as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with business immigration law and procedural changes.
• Handle O-1A, O-1B, EB-1, and NIW cases with attention to detail and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience in business immigration law, specifically with O-1 and EB-1 visa cases.
• Expertise in handling O-1A, O-1B visas, and EB-1 Green Cards.
• Experience with National Interest Waivers (NIWs) preferred.
• Strong work ethic, with a genuine desire to achieve optimal results for clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Empathy and excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing (Zoom, email, etc.).
• Licensed to practice law in the United States.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in a State Bar (preferably California).
