Job Overview: A law firm in Orlando, FL, is actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join their Land Use/Zoning practice area as a Partner. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading and expanding the firm's presence in this practice area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Land Use/Zoning practice area.
• Manage a diverse caseload of land use and zoning matters, including development approvals, permits, variances, and environmental compliance.
• Represent clients in administrative hearings, zoning appeals, and other related proceedings.
• Collaborate with other partners and associates to ensure seamless integration with other practice areas.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert legal advice and guidance.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• Relevant experience in Land Use/Zoning law.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a land use practice.
