Duties

• Oversee negotiations and settlements for a large volume of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases.
• Collaborate with intake staff, medical records clerks, lien specialists, paralegals, and other support staff to prepare cases efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and other legal professionals via phone and in person.
• Ensure comprehensive case organization, including detailed attention to medical records and related documentation.
• Utilize advanced analytical and database tools to manage cases effectively.
• Contribute actively within a fast-paced team environment focused on high-quality client outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience handling personal injury cases, with a strong background in pre-litigation and litigation processes.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and computer skills; strong interpersonal communication abilities.
• Personality Traits: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
