Duties:

• Represent clients in family law matters, including custody and visitation, domestic violence, support, and asset division
• Appear in court for evidentiary hearings, law and motion hearings, and status conferences
• Manage complex family law cases, collaborating with experts and other professionals as needed
• Provide legal counsel and strategic guidance to clients throughout their cases
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Work closely with a team of attorneys and staff to manage case files and ensure the efficient progression of cases
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date case management system
• Stay current with developments in family law and litigation strategies

Requirements:

• 4-10 years of experience in family law litigation
• Proven track record of success in family law litigation, including handling complex cases
• Experience in appearing in court for hearings, motions, and status conferences
• Strong understanding of family law, including custody and visitation, support, domestic violence, and property division
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• An active member in good standing with the California State Bar
