Job Title: Foreclosure Associate Attorney

Job Location: Little Rock, AR

Job Overview:
A prominent law firm is seeking a dedicated Foreclosure Associate Attorney to manage various aspects of the Non-Judicial Foreclosure process, providing strategic guidance and legal representation for institutional clients.

Duties:

  • Oversee the Non-Judicial Foreclosure process from referral to sale.
  • Handle routine and non-routine litigation related to the Replevin process.
  • Assist with pre-litigation cases and clear titles to real property.
  • Conduct case analyses and advise clients on legal strategies.
  • Draft court pleadings and motions.
  • Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in creditors' rights, real estate, or mortgage servicing preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • An active member of the Arkansas State Bar, meeting all licensing and continuing education requirements.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with foreclosure and replevin processes.
  • Knowledge of evidence rules and consumer protection statutes, such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, is a plus.
  • Ability to manage a large caseload efficiently.
