Duties

  • Support the structuring and negotiation of leveraged finance transactions, particularly those involving buyouts and acquisitions.
  • Assist both lender and borrower-side practices within the finance team.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and comprehensive analysis of financing agreements and related documentation.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate important legal documents, including loan agreements and credit facilities.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to formulate effective financing strategies.
  • Stay updated on current market trends and legal developments relevant to leveraged finance.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in leveraged finance or a similar area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
