Location:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in complex jury trials, handling cases from pre-trial to post-trial stages
  • Work alongside top-tier trial lawyers with extensive experience in litigation
  • Manage cases and provide strategic litigation support to clients
  • Collaborate with litigation support staff, including in-house investigators
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
  • Conduct depositions, argue motions, and represent clients in hearings
  • Maintain and manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication and excellent service
  • Actively participate in firm business development efforts to attract new clients
  • Support senior trial attorneys in the firm’s growing caseload

Requirements:

  • Experience as a defense lawyer or assistant district attorney (DA)
  • Experience in handling jury trials from start to finish
  • Strong advocacy skills with a passion for trial work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex litigation and work independently
  • Strong work ethic with the desire to contribute to the firm's success
  • High level of professionalism and integrity

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
