• Provide counsel to clients regarding litigation risks and potential outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple practice areas for comprehensive case handling.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused legal environment.
• Familiarity with federal court procedures and intellectual property laws.
• Previous experience as a federal judicial law clerk is highly advantageous.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law and membership in the State Bar of Indiana or eligibility to obtain it.
