Duties

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, with the flexibility to select your own client base.
• Proactively pursue new business development opportunities within the local community and beyond.
• Utilize firm resources, including administrative, marketing, office space, and technology, to grow your practice.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys in the firm to exchange insights, strategies, and best practices.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as required.
• Stay current on legal developments and trends relevant to your practice areas.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and client relationships effectively.
• Strong business development skills and a proactive approach to client acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the state of Minnesota (or the ability to obtain it).
