Job Overview: A prominent law firm located in Meridian, ID, is seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney. In this role, the selected candidate will be tasked with managing litigation strategies in personal injury cases, aiming to resolve matters efficiently and effectively. The position involves overseeing the daily operations of the firm’s litigation practice and collaborating with a team of case managers and legal assistants. Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel on alternative dispute resolution and case settlements

  • Conduct legal research, prepare briefs, and draft legal documents

  • Interpret and apply laws, regulations, and case precedents

  • Gather, analyze, and summarize relevant data for case strategies

  • Advise and guide clients through the legal process

  • Represent clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Idaho; additional licensure in Washington or Utah is a plus

  • 1-2 years of experience in personal injury litigation

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in legal research and writing, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

  • Solid understanding of the legal system, including laws, regulations, court procedures, and precedents
