Duties:

• Conducting discovery and managing all aspects of the litigation process

• Taking and defending depositions

• Preparing and arguing motions in court

• Assisting with mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation

Requirements:

• Must be admitted to the California State Bar

• 3+ years of experience in Employment Law, with expertise in claims such as Class Action, PAGA, FEHA, and wage and hour matters

• Strong legal research and writing capabilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
