The candidate must have an in-depth understanding and knowledge of immigration law and procedures, is expected to supervise paralegals and support staff, and is a strong team player. Must have an excellent substantive and technical grasp of the IV and NIV process based on experience processing cases including H-1B, L-1 A/B, O-1, E-1, E-2 and E-3. Must have the ability to stay calm and focused, supervise and motivate paralegals and support staff.
