Duties:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing immigration law
  • Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Active member in good standing of the state bar

  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina
