  • Collaborate with legal teams and clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Manage cases through various stages of litigation, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
  • Participate in trials when applicable, contributing to case resolution efforts.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in civil litigation.
  • Expertise: Knowledge of construction defect litigation, general insurance defense, and first-party property cases is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong legal research and writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
  • Trial Experience: Prior experience with trials is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
