Duties

  • Manage all aspects of litigation, including client communication, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Work closely with eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support teams to enhance case strategies.
  • Conduct mediations, present arguments at key hearings, and facilitate resolutions.
  • Draft detailed legal documents, perform thorough research, and advise clients on litigation matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on cyber, data, or privacy matters.
  • Strong academic credentials, with proven excellence in legal research and writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Active membership in the State Bar of the desired office location.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state where the desired office is located.
