This role involves managing pre-litigation responsibilities related to motor vehicle accidents and handling a range of tasks to support plaintiff clients in the Metro Detroit area. Duties:

• Manage all aspects of pre-litigation for automotive personal injury cases
• Provide client-focused guidance throughout the case process
• Draft and file necessary pre-litigation documents
• Lead settlement negotiations and prepare demand packages
• Supervise the pre-litigation paralegal team to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Conduct examinations under oath (EUOs), PIP statements, and recorded statements
• Oversee cases transitioning to litigation
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with clients and team members

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the Michigan Bar
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto accident personal injury law
• Strong proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Excellent legal writing, communication, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• An active member in good standing with the Michigan Bar
