Job Overview: A prominent law firm based in Palm City, FL, is seeking an accomplished attorney specializing in probate and trust litigation. Duties:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of probate and trust litigation cases
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and relevant stakeholders
• Develop and implement successful case strategies
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents and pleadings
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials as necessary

Requirements:

• An active member in good standing with The Florida Bar
• Proven track record with substantial experience in probate and trust administration, including contested cases
• Minimum attorney of record in at least 50 probate cases, with a mix of standard and contested matters

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• LLM in taxation or estate planning preferred

Certifications:

• Board Certification in relevant practice areas is a plus
• An AV rating is beneficial

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in handling a comprehensive caseload efficiently
