The ideal candidate will handle various real estate matters, provide legal advice, and represent clients in transactions and disputes. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Real Estate Transactions:

    • Handle real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and financing.
    • Prepare and review real estate documents such as deeds, leases, purchase agreements, and closing documents.
    • Conduct due diligence, including title searches and reviewing property records.
  • Client Representation:

    • Advise clients on real estate matters, including zoning, land use, and property development.
    • Represent clients in real estate disputes, including litigation and arbitration.
  • Legal Research and Document Preparation:

    • Conduct legal research to support real estate transactions and disputes.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to real estate.

  • Client Interaction and Case Management:

Requirements:

  • 1-6 years of experience in real estate law.

  • Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar.
