Senior General Liability Attorney

Duties:

• Handle a diverse range of General Liability litigation matters.
• Manage complex legal cases from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients, focusing on risk management and compliance.
• Participate in settlement negotiations, depositions, and trial preparations.
• Lead and mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to develop legal strategies.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of General Liability litigation experience.
• Excellent references and a demonstrated record of job stability.
• Active member of the California Bar in good standing.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and complex legal matters.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in California.
