A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its team in Philadelphia, PA, focusing on creditors' rights and commercial litigation. Duties:

  • Represent clients in creditors' rights and commercial litigation cases, managing cases from inception through resolution.
  • Draft, prepare, and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on case progress and strategy.
  • Collaborate with team members in a cooperative environment to support case objectives.
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Active admission to the bar in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey.
  • Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently and in collaboration with team members.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and advocacy.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in legal research and document preparation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Analytical abilities to develop effective case strategies.
