A law firm is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to advocate for clients in tort litigation cases. This role is ideal for a legal professional with strong litigation skills who is passionate about representing individuals in complex personal injury and wrongful death matters. The position involves managing cases from initiation to resolution, collaborating closely with senior attorneys, and ensuring clients receive top-tier legal representation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute case strategies in coordination with senior attorneys.
  • Oversee all phases of plaintiff-side litigation, from initial filings through settlement or trial.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
  • Manage the discovery process, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production.
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and settlement discussions.
  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients to provide case updates and strategic guidance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar license to practice law in California.
  • 2 to 7 years of litigation experience, ideally handling personal injury or wrongful death cases.
  • Strong research and writing abilities, coupled with persuasive oral advocacy skills.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a high-paced legal environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Dedication to ethical legal practices and client-focused representation.

Work Environment & Flexibility:
