Job Overview: A law firm in Houston, TX, is seeking a driven and empathetic Pre-Litigation Attorney to support clients in personal injury and property damage matters. This role requires an individual who is passionate about advocating for clients and ensuring they receive the highest level of service and representation. Attorneys will be responsible for client consultations, managing case updates, and communicating with insurance companies to resolve claims effectively.

Duties:

• Consult with clients to gather case details, provide legal advice, and establish trust.
• Assess and evaluate personal injury and property damage claims.
• Negotiate with insurance companies regarding claim status, demands, and offers.
• Keep clients informed of case progress and provide clear updates on case developments.
• Manage case files independently while working collaboratively with team members.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and critical thinking in case strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• An active member of the Texas Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
• Experience in evaluating and negotiating personal injury and property damage claims.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage workload independently and effectively.
• Team-oriented approach to problem-solving and collaboration.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
