Duties

• Handle all aspects of intellectual property litigation, with a focus on patent litigation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for complex legal cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
• Represent clients in court, hearings, and negotiations.
• Manage case timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• A background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science is highly desirable.
• Federal judicial clerkship experience is strongly encouraged.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a client-focused, team-oriented setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota or eligible for admission upon hire.
