Duties:

• Draft motions and Judicial Council forms, ensuring attention to detail.
• Prepare and review discovery documents to support litigation efforts.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing clear guidance and direction.
• Attend court hearings as required, advocating for clients’ best interests.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to stay current with family law developments.
• Assist with depositions and contribute to case strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• An active member of the California State Bar, in good standing.
• Strong experience in family law with a passion for litigation.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills, with the ability to draft persuasive legal documents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California (California State Bar).
