A law firm in Jacksonville is seeking a skilled Real Estate Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate and financing transactions, encompassing properties such as mixed-use developments, offices, multi-family residences, retail assets, hotels, and resorts. They will handle due diligence, review and draft a variety of real estate documents, possess strong academic credentials, and excel in writing and communication. This role requires direct interaction with partners and clients, necessitating a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic.

 

Duties:

  • Manage real estate and financing transactions for diverse properties.
  • Conduct due diligence and review/draft real estate documents.
  • Directly interact with partners and clients.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and exceptional work ethic.

 

Requirements:

  • JD from an ABA-approved law school.
  • Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
  • 1-3 years of real estate law experience.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, and development agreements.
  • Knowledge of property management agreements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • JD from an ABA-approved law school.
  • Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
