A well-established law firm is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Attorney to join its team. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a variety of personal injury cases while working remotely. The successful candidate will handle all phases of litigation and pre-litigation processes, from initial case intake to settlement or trial. Duties:

• Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from intake to trial or settlement.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine liability and assess damages.
• Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Ensure clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Licensed attorney in good standing with the ability to practice law in the state.
• 8+ years of experience as a Plaintiff’s attorney specializing in personal injury.
• Comprehensive knowledge of personal injury laws and legal procedures.
• Proven experience in successful case management and client representation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.

Certifications:

• Current license to practice law.
• Certification in personal injury law is a plus but not required.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
