Job Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Attorney to join its team. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a variety of personal injury cases while working remotely. The successful candidate will handle all phases of litigation and pre-litigation processes, from initial case intake to settlement or trial. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients and committed to achieving successful outcomes.

Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from intake to trial or settlement.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to determine liability and assess damages.
  • Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys to develop case strategies.
  • Ensure clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Licensed attorney in good standing with the ability to practice law in the state.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Plaintiff’s attorney specializing in personal injury.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of personal injury laws and legal procedures.
  • Proven experience in successful case management and client representation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the state.

Certifications:

  • Current license to practice law.
  • Certification in personal injury law is a plus but not required.

Skills:

  • Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional negotiation and litigation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
