Job Overview:

Location:

Duties:

  • Handle civil litigation matters from inception to resolution
  • Develop and execute litigation strategies for business and real estate cases
  • Manage fact investigation, discovery, and pretrial preparation
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Represent clients in court, including depositions, hearings, and trials
  • Develop and maintain strong client and business relationships
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and provide support as needed
  • Participate in team efforts to improve litigation processes and strategies

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of civil litigation experience
  • California State Bar membership in good standing
  • Proven ability to handle litigation matters independently
  • Strong case analysis, research, and writing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic with a client-focused approach

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

  • California State Bar License (required)
