Duties

• Handle business litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel to clients
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
• Manage discovery processes and trial preparations

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in business litigation
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to handle hearings and depositions independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Law Review or Clerkship experience (preferred)

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida State Bar (required)
