The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals, providing comprehensive wealth transfer planning, estate, and trust administration. Duties:

  • Develop, draft, and implement advanced wealth transfer strategies for high-net-worth individuals.
  • Provide guidance and support on complex estate and trust administration matters.
  • Work with other attorneys to identify and resolve client issues proactively.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct legal research and provide written and verbal updates to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent client service.
  • Maintain high standards of client confidentiality and ethical conduct.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in tax law, estate planning, and trust administration.
  • Proven ability to manage complex legal matters and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive client matters.
  • Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • A strong academic background is preferred.

Certifications:

  • Bar admission in Colorado (or eligibility to waive into Colorado).
