This role offers the opportunity to work on internationally recognized finance transactions, mainly focusing on novel financing deals in the energy transition space.

Job Duties:

  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of work products.
  • Meet deadlines and expectations while performing required duties.
  • Cultivate positive relationships within the firm and with external parties.
  • Adhere to firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in various activities, including working on computers, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as necessary.
  • Perform other assigned duties, tasks, or projects.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in Arizona (AZ).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.
  • Experience handling financing and M&A transactions in the energy transition sector, with expertise in tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Attention to detail and sound business judgment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
  • Research and problem-solving abilities.
  • Conceptual thinking and ability to influence others.
  • Persuasive communication skills.
  • Management skills are advantageous.
