Associate Attorney Commercial Litigation & Business Bankruptcy

A law firm seeks a talented and experienced Associate Attorney for its Boca Raton, FL office. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in commercial litigation and business bankruptcy. This position offers the opportunity to handle a broad range of complex cases, including business bankruptcies, creditors' rights litigation, and commercial disputes. Duties:

• Handle all aspects of commercial litigation and business bankruptcy cases in both state and federal courts.
• Manage pre-trial preparation, including drafting motions, conducting legal research, and preparing for court appearances.
• Represent clients during depositions, mediations, negotiations, and trials.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and other necessary filings.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on complex commercial disputes and bankruptcy issues.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies and drive results.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and colleagues to ensure case objectives are met.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in commercial litigation and business bankruptcy law.
• Proven experience handling complex cases, including business bankruptcies and creditors' rights litigation.
• Ability to manage all aspects of a case, from pre-trial preparation to trial representation.
• Strong drafting, writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong judgment, legal acumen, and leadership capabilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.
