Associate Attorney

Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience in securities class action and/or derivative litigation. The candidate will assist with the development and prosecution of securities class actions, derivative actions, and individual litigation in federal and state courts across the country. Will conduct a detailed factual and legal analysis of potential and pending securities and derivative claims. Draft pleadings, including lead plaintiff motions, consolidated complaints, and dispositive motion practice. Provide a supportive role in discovery. Experience with Delaware Court of Chancery preferred. A background in economics or finance is helpful.

The candidate should have a JD degree. Must have exceptional research and writing skills. Should have a strong academic background and a demonstrated interest in the Firms practice areas. Solid time management, multitasking, initiative, and communication skills are also essential.
