This full-time position, open in various US locations, involves managing real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Familiarity with securities offerings is advantageous.

Duties

  • Oversee real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate investments.
  • Conduct research to support the firm’s investment funds operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality work on time and foster positive work relationships.
  • Engage in virtual meetings and computer-based tasks as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet the demands of the role.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate law, especially in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Knowledge of securities offerings is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in influencing and building professional relationships.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
