A law firm in Coral Gables, FL, is seeking a dedicated attorney specializing in First Party Property Damage litigation. The ideal candidate will advocate for clients affected by property damage claims, handling negotiations, and legal proceedings with insurance companies.

Duties:

• Meet with clients to discuss property damage claims, demonstrating empathy and earning trust.
• Provide regular updates to clients on case status and progress.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and settlement offers.
• Attend hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations as required.
• Evaluate the merit of claims and devise effective legal strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.

Requirements:

• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on First Party Property Damage preferred.
• Experience in negotiating settlements and handling insurance claims.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.

Education and Certifications:
