  • Handling commercial financing transactions, such as mortgage refinances.
  • Addressing employment law matters like employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, and severance agreements.
  • Managing client communications, including drafting letters to residents.
  • Attending community meetings and board meetings.
  • Handling discrimination cases and other legal matters.
  • Regular interaction with clients and opposing parties.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant law firm experience.
  • Member in good standing with the ABA (American Bar Association).
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Successful completion of the bar exam.
