Associate Attorney

The ideal candidate should bring a portable book of business exceeding $300,000, and rates that surpass $500 per hour. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate documents, such as contracts, agreements, and deeds.
• Conduct due diligence on real estate matters, including title searches and property inspections.
• Represent clients in real estate negotiations, mediation, and other dispute resolution processes.
• Stay abreast of current real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, specializing in real estate law.
• Proven track record of cultivating and maintaining a portable book of business exceeding $300,000.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
