Duties:

  • Draft and file motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
  • Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations.
  • Provide clients with legal advice and case updates.
  • Oversee day-to-day litigation tasks to ensure smooth case progression.
  • Prepare for and participate in courtroom proceedings, including trial preparation and witness examinations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction defect or casualty claims is preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
