A law firm in Austin is seeking an experienced Wealth Preservation Attorney with a strong background in estate planning and administration. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to counsel clients with patience and compassion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss their estate planning needs, questions, and concerns.
• Draft, review, and analyze estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Represent clients through the probate and estate administration process, including drafting documents and appearing in probate court.
• Advise clients on transfer tax implications and develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Prepare explanatory memos for clients on estate planning concepts.

Requirements:

• Strong background in estate planning and administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to counsel clients with patience and compassion.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in Texas.
